Elisabeth Morris LMFT
Beginning therapy can be overwhelming for many people, yet it is also a courageous step toward creating the life and relationships you want. I offer a safe, collaborative space where your story is witnessed and honored, and your strengths are centered. With 30+ years of experience in mental health and social work, I support adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, adoption, co-parenting, caregiving stress, women’s issues, ADHD, and life transitions.
My approach is thoughtful, solution-focused, and goal-oriented, blending warmth with practical strategies and creativity. Drawing from family systems, psychodynamic work, and trauma-informed care, I integrate cognitive modalities, motivational interviewing, and adjunct methods such as art therapy. With foundational training in EMDR and experience with neurodiverse clients, I tailor each session to my client’s needs. Together, we build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and develop tools to handle stress, grief, and change.
Clients often find greater clarity, improved communication, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of purpose through our work. Therapy can help you heal old wounds, extend compassion to others and yourself, and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. I also provide supervision for AMFTs and ACSWs. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, family healing, or guidance through a difficult season, I am honored to walk alongside you. My practice is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your health information. I comply with all HIPAA regulations and can supply superbills for reimbursement.
