A woman with long red hair, wearing a blue jacket, sitting outdoors near a pond, with trees and a cloudy sky in the background.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 30 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families. I help clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adoption, parenting, co-parenting, women’s issues, and major life transitions with goal-oriented and solution-focused theraputic practices. My approach blends compassion with practical strategies, drawing from cognitive modalities, family systems, psychodynamic principles, art therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also bring knowledge of EMDR and experience supporting people with ADHD, autism, and developmental disabilities.

Clients working with me often gain greater clarity, healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of purpose. I also provide supervision for AMFTs and ACSWs. I offer superbills for reimbursement. Whether you’re seeking healing, resilience, or personal growth, I am honored to support you.
